Down to its roots, Costa Rican cacao has fruity and floral flavors like red berries and hibiscus. When we roast these beans, flavors like nuts and the familiar cocoa (think hot chocolate) show up to play on your palate.
To let the cacao fully express itself, we make it with a blend of roasted and unroasted beans. As it melts in your mouth, you'll be thrilled by the range of flavors you taste. (You may even want to sing.)
