This batch, though, we’re including a whole vanilla beans grown at Villa Vanilla, just off Costa Rica's south Pacific coast. Henry – the farm’s owner – is an expert in tropical farming. We were thrilled to get our hands on some of his coveted vanilla beans while visiting him last year.
